Art\u0131k bu b\u00f6lgelerde gayrimenkul sat\u0131n alan m\u00fclk sahipleri oturma izni alamayacak.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u0130kamet izni t\u00fcrleri<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de \u0130kamet yani oturma izni, \u00fclkede yasal olarak uzun s\u00fcreli kal\u0131\u015f imkan\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Oturma iznini alma amac\u0131n\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak iki ana oturma izni kategorisi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>K\u0131sa Vadeli (K\u0131sa D\u00f6nem \u0130kamet \u0130zni)<\/em> turistler, 200.000 $ de\u011ferindeki m\u00fclk sahipleri, i\u015f adamlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenci de\u011fi\u015fim programlar\u0131na kat\u0131lanlar ve aileleri yeniden bir araya getirmek i\u00e7in tasarland\u0131. Bu tutara devlet harc\u0131 ve y\u0131ll\u0131k sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 \u00fccreti (ba\u015fvuran\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re artmaktad\u0131r) dahildir. Vergi dairesinden oturma izni alma \u00fccretinin \u00f6denmesi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. T\u00fcrkiye&#039;deki bir vergi numaras\u0131n\u0131n (\u00fccretsiz olarak verilen) vergi dairesine (Vergi Dairesi) tescili. Bunu yapmak i\u00e7in pasaportunuzun ilk sayfas\u0131n\u0131n bir kopyas\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z var.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ba\u015fvuru, gerekli t\u00fcm belgelerin g\u00f6\u00e7 servisine teslim edildi\u011fi andan itibaren 90 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oturma izninin reddedilme nedenleri:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2014 Pasaportun ge\u00e7erlilik s\u00fcresi \u00fclkeye giri\u015f tarihinden itibaren 4 aydan azd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2014 Yabanc\u0131, milletin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2014 T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin vize\/g\u00f6\u00e7menlik rejiminin ihlali;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2014 \u0130kamet izni ile \u00fclkede kalma s\u00fcresini a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kesilen cezalar\u0131n \u00f6denmemesi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Uzun d\u00f6nem ikamet izni<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uzun d\u00f6nem ikamet izni asl\u0131nda daimi ikamet iznidir. Bu t\u00fcr ikamet izni yabanc\u0131ya T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini tan\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr ikamet iznine dayanarak T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de daimi ve s\u00fcrekli ikamet, daha sonra vatanda\u015fl\u0131k almaya esas te\u015fkil edebilir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Uzun d\u00f6nem oturma izni al\u0131nmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin belgeler<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) Uzun d\u00f6nem ikamet izni talebi internet \u00fczerinden ba\u015fvuru \u015feklinde iletildikten sonra G\u00f6\u00e7 \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc internet sitesinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 al\u0131narak ba\u015fvuru sahibi veya yasal temsilcisi taraf\u0131ndan imzalan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) Pasaportun asl\u0131 ve fotokopisi. Pasaportun en az 6 ay ge\u00e7erli olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3) Pasaportun son 8 y\u0131la ait i\u015faret ve giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f bilgilerini i\u00e7eren t\u00fcm sayfalar\u0131n\u0131n fotokopileri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4) Son 6 ay i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ekilmi\u015f 4 adet 3x4 biyometrik foto\u011fraf.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5) Daha \u00f6nce al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ikamet izinlerinin fotokopileri. Varsa orijinallerinin ibraz edilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6) Son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde sosyal yard\u0131mdan yararlanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair belge. Sertifika, elektronik veya normal imza ile onaylanabilece\u011fi gibi, G\u00f6\u00e7 \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fchr\u00fc ile de onaylanabilir. Valilik ve kaymakaml\u0131klara ba\u011fl\u0131 Sosyal Yard\u0131mla\u015fma ve Destekleme Fonlar\u0131nda resmile\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7) \u0130kamet etti\u011fi s\u00fcre boyunca s\u00fcrekli ve yeterli gelirin bulundu\u011funu tevsik eden, elektronik veya d\u00fczenli imzal\u0131, noter onayl\u0131 belge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8) Sab\u0131ka kayd\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair belge. Kendi \u00fclkesinin yetkili organlar\u0131nda ve T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin adalet makamlar\u0131nda resmile\u015ftirilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9) B\u00f6lge veya il\u00e7e n\u00fcfus m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerinden d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f, elektronik veya normal imza ve m\u00fch\u00fcr ile onaylanm\u0131\u015f Adres Kay\u0131t Sistemine kayd\u0131 teyit eden belge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">10) \u0130kamet iznine uygun olarak T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de kal\u0131nacak s\u00fcrenin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Daimi ikamet sahibi yabanc\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n haklar\u0131<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de daimi ikamet stat\u00fcs\u00fcne sahip yabanc\u0131lar, askerlik y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, se\u00e7me ve oy vermeye kat\u0131lma hakk\u0131, devlet kurumlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131 ve ara\u00e7 ithalat\u0131 hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere Cumhuriyet vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 kazan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oturma izni konular\u0131na ili\u015fkin yasal \u00e7er\u00e7eve s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oturma izni almak amac\u0131yla gayrimenkul sat\u0131n alanlar i\u00e7in, de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdikten sonra yap\u0131lan i\u015flemler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu unutmamak gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 200.000 $ m\u00fclk de\u011feri zorunlulu\u011fu getiren yasa 16 Ekim 2023&#039;te y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu tarihten \u00f6nce \u00f6nceki kurallara g\u00f6re m\u00fclk\u00fcn de\u011feri 75.000 $ olarak de\u011ferlendirilerek m\u00fclk sat\u0131n alanlar, \u00f6nceki ko\u015fullara uygun olarak oturma izni almaya hak kazan\u0131rlar.
