Developer without pride and accountability в будівництві їх будівництва. no attention to detail to finishes. Had cracked tiles and row of tiles with big scratch before moving in. Chased for full year і developer did not fix scratch tiles. Paint job була поorly done і unfinished in areas не easily visible. Конфіденційність процесів був horrific with selling agent - no responsive at all. Lucky to hav good strata manager до наступного на поразки до fixed.
