During the summer, from April to October, a free shuttle bus runs from the complex to the beach.
Area/Beach
The complex is located 1,400 meters from the sea and the sandy Incekum Beach in Avsallar, which means "fine sand" in Turkish. The Avsallar area is famous not only for its beaches but also for its pine forests, creating an incredible atmosphere for living and relaxing.
The complex is located in a quiet, green area, next to a pine forest, walking paths, and the sea is a 20-minute walk away.
In the apartment
The apartment is located on the 7th floor. The 1+1 layout measures 42 m² and includes a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the grounds, pine forest, and swimming pool. Water, electricity, and cleaning fees are charged separately upon check-out, based on the tenants' usage.
