Apartments of various layouts in a premium complex in Mahmutlar, Alanya.
Construction of the complex began in September 2022 and will be completed by March 2024.
The residential complex is located 8 kilometers from the center of Alanya, in the Mahmutlar area. Mahmutlar is an ecologically clean area. There are no factories, factories, seaports or hazardous industries here.
In the central part of the district there is the city administration, bank offices, post offices, schools and kindergartens, hospitals and veterinary clinics, hypermarkets and shops, as well as many clothing and household goods stores.

two-storey duplexes in the garden (1+2 floors) with a 3+1 layout, an area of 200 m2

Most of the apartments will have sea views, the rest will have mountain views.
