We invite you to relax in a three-room apartment with a beautiful view from a house with a swimming pool, which is located 450 meters from the sea in the popular Mahmutlar area.
The complex truly has a very convenient location. It's located in a quiet part of the Mahmutlar district, yet within walking distance of city amenities. Nearby are numerous cafes and restaurants, shops and supermarkets of popular chains, a playground, a bus stop, and even a bakery—everything a person accustomed to city life could need.
In the apartment
The apartment is located on the 9th floor. The 2+1 layout measures 110 square meters and includes a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony with views of the mountains, sea, and Mahmutlar. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances. It also features a microwave, high-speed internet, and a large TV with Android TV, YouTube, and Netflix.
Rental terms
A security deposit of 300 Euro is required upon arrival.
Additionally, during your stay, you will pay for utilities: electricity and water according to the meters, final cleaning, and special cards for using the complex's infrastructure.
