In the apartment
The 50 m² apartment is located on the 5th floor and offers magnificent views of the sea and mountains. The interior is designed in a designer style, and the apartment itself is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Utilities (electricity, water) and final cleaning are paid separately.
The Prime Loft complex offers excellent amenities for a comfortable stay: an outdoor pool, parking for residents, 24-hour video surveillance, a children's playground, a fitness center, a hammam, and a sauna. Everything is provided to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Rental terms
A security deposit of 300 Euro is required upon arrival.
Additionally, during your stay, you will pay for utilities: electricity and water according to the meters, final cleaning, and special cards for using the complex's infrastructure.
