Real estate sales in Alanya are increasing regularly, since this Turkish resort is very popular among foreign buyers, which also include Russians. There are even Russian schools here, where education is conducted according to the programs of Russian secondary educational institutions, in Russian, and children receive the food they are accustomed to while living in Russia.

Despite the coronavirus epidemic and the closure of the borders of most countries in the world, including Turkey, last year, sales of residential properties in Alanya increased. Many buyers have switched from apartments in apartment buildings to villas with gardens, as during self-isolation people need their own outdoor space to walk.

However, apartments in Alanya are also in demand among real estate buyers, and now most of them give their preference to apartments on the lower levels of buildings. This is due to the fact that along with residential premises on the ground floors, gardens are often sold, to which there are separate exits directly from the apartments.

Last June, one thousand residential properties were bought in Alanya, and if in six months of 2019 (from January to June) four thousand 742 apartments and villas were sold here, then in six months in 2020 (in similar months) real estate was purchased in the city five thousand 911 times.
